grounded's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the big 3-0 Today I went out to dinner to celebrate my friend Jesse's 30th birthday. I met tons of his family for the first time and saw tons of old cats I used to work with and haven't seen in ages. Jesse has worked with them more recently than myself, and talks to most of them more than I do. We went to a seafood place in Alpharatta, where most of them live and where the office we used to share is located. My ass car is still in the shop, so I had to bug Shy for a ride from the 30-minutes-of-annoying-marta-away North Springs subway station. Jesse offered to give me a ride, but it's his damn birthday, he should be living large and getting waited on, not helping out his bum friends. It was a good time.
